Lakeside Vows
For families big and small, our dining room seats 75 guests. Overlooking Schott’s Lake, our patio seats an additional 50. Our downstairs conference area provides indoor capacity for 40 guests seated for a meal, with an additional 50 seats available on the lower patio.
If you desire a large wedding, we can set up a high-quality tent on the property for an additional fee. Three fire pits bordering the outside of the tent will be available for fireside laughs, drinks and s’mores!

Just because you dreamed of getting married in the secluded Albertan countryside, does not mean you have to compromise on anything else you are dreaming of. From space to get ready in the morning, to dancing the night away at your evening reception – the entire day is yours.
With the option of onsite accommodations, there will be no need to worry about travelling too far after such a busy day. There is also the option to hold the venue space until the next morning, and even add breakfast, which means your gifts could stay there and be one less thing to worry about on your already endless list.

Shott’s Lake Weekend
This package is the full meal deal! Tell your guests to pack up and come out for the event of the year!
Start the weekend with a rehearsal dinner of your choice on Friday evening, then stay overnight in one of our rustic cabins, renovated motel suits, or camp in the campground. Wake up onsite on your wedding day and get ready steps away from where you will marry.
Your custom ceremony will then be followed by appetizers and drinks for your guests while you capture the unforgettable day with photos. Then move into the reception space of your choice, enjoy your custom-made dinner, dessert, and dance floor! Once you are too tired to dance anymore, head to bed and return in the morning to a fresh space ready for breakfast and gift opening!

The Proposal
Not at the wedding planning stage quite yet? Let us help you get there with an unforgettable proposal!
Bring your sweetheart out west for a nice little ‘getaway’ in the Rocky Mountain Foothills. While you explore the beautiful grounds of Schott’s Lake, we will set up a lovely picnic area with champaign or anything else you prefer, to create the most romantic setting to ask the most important question to the one you love. While you have your special moment, our discreet photographer will be capturing it for you both to cherish forever, which will then transition into an engagement photo shoot.
While the magic is happening, our team inside will be preparing for your private lakeside dinner to complete the most perfect day. After dinner, spend the evening lakeside next to the fire out front of your own private rustic log cabin, or one of our romantic motel rooms with in-room fireplace.
