Our hands-on class is a great opportunity to learn new cooking techniques and meet new people.   Chef Chris will guide you through every step of making a delicious meal.

  • Grilled Elk Chop with Wild Berry Jus

  • Braised Bison Short Ribs with Pan Gravy

  • Wild Boar & Chorizo Chili

  • Duck Confit Raviolis with Cream Reduction

  • Saskatoon Berry Tart

 

You will learn:

  • Different cooking techniques for wild game

  • What sauces go well with wild game

  • Making dessert that compliment wild game

  • Cooking temperatures and timing for wild game
