Cooking Class

Our hands-on class is a great opportunity to learn new cooking techniques and meet new people.   Chef Chris will guide you through every step of making a delicious meal. 

 

On the menu: 

  • Wild Boar Ravioli with Red Wine Demi Glaze

  • Grilled Duck Brest Tacos with Apple Slaw

  • Bison Spring Rolls with Saskatoon Mayo

  • Saskatoon Berry Crisp

 

You will learn: 

  • Sauce making

  • Variety of wild game cooking methods

  • Proper finished temperatures for wild game

  • Barding and Larding of wild game

  • Dessert making

  • Knife skills

  • Storage of left overs
